Key  Responsibilities:

Technical  support  on  production，  new  capability  set  up  and  facility  maintenance
Responsibilities:

Lead  and  motivate  the  whole  Dept  to  drive  for  the  company  strategy/objectives.
Set  up  new  capabilities  in  the  specified  timeframe  to  cope  with  business  growth.
Provide  engineering  support  to  internal  &  external  customers，  mainly  the  production  team.
Work  closely  with  OEMs  in  the  areas  of  engineering  process  implementation  and  products  troubleshooting.
Deliver  technical  training  to  operation  teams  as  needed.
Be  responsible  for  products  investigation  and  warranty  administration.
Lead  and/or  provide  support  to  operations  team  for  continuous  improve  activities  mainly  focus  on  optimize  production  processes.
Prepare  Dept  budgets，  managing  expenditure  within  agreed  limits  emphasizing  cost  minimization  and  effective  asset  control.
Ensure  effective  implementation  of  EHS  policies  and  satisfactory  completion  of  risk  assessments.
Ensure  all  activities  to  be  in  compliance  with  corporate  legal  &  ethical  standards.
Any  other  duties  that  may  be  assigned  from  time  to  time  with  respect  to  matters  related  to  engineering  department.
Job  Specification:

Bachelor  or  above，  majored  in  Mechanical  and/or  Electrical
8+  years  relevant  working  experience  in  aviation  industry
Self-starter
Rich  experience  in  project  management
Effective  communicator  at  all  levels  and  cross  culture
Fluent  in  spoken  and  written  English
Computer  literate
