Logistics Customer Service Officer 物流客户服务专员
职位描述
General Responsibilities: Report to Logistics Manager. The job holder is accountable for:
-Handle communication with Customer, Warehouse Operator, Warehouse Supervisor, Suppliers.
-Update activities reports and WMS system to make sure logistics activities running smooth with high accuracy.
-Report exception cases to management
-Propose improvement in process and communication to achieve better efficiency and better service
-Communicate with operation staff to make sure operation result under Standard operation procedure (SOP) and meet client KPI standard.
Competency Requirements
-University graduate or Logistics/Factory working experience of 5 years
-Knowledge of logistics and shipping terms.
-Knowledge of Air & Sea import & Export processes is preferable.
-1 year of working experience in logistics industry.
-With Experience on WMS, SCM is preferable.
-Interest in warehouse operation and logistics industry.
-General Knowledge on logistics & freight forwarding operation
-Fair command of written and spoken English
-Fluent in Putonghua
-Good in computer knowledge is required to perform data processing, handling of email routine and access intranets. Especially PC technique in MS office: Word & Excel & Access.
