Job  Duties:  
-  Do  the  communication  with  the  customer  on  daily  basis  
-  Do  the  coordination  between  the  customer  and  internal  operation  team，  overseas  counterpart  
-  Do  the  reports  per  customer‘s  requirement  
-  Handle  the  customer‘s  complaints  

Competency  Requirements:  
-University  graduate  
-3++  years  forwarding  Customer  Service  working  experience  
-Knowledge  of  logistics  and  shipping  terms.  
-Knowledge  of  Air  &  Sea  import  &  Export  processes  is  preferable.  
-Interest  in  forwarding  operation  and  logistics  industry.  
-General  knowledge  on  freight  forwarding  operation  
-Fair  command  of  written  and  spoken  English  
-Fluent  in  Putonghua  
-Good  in  computer  knowledge  is  required  to  perform  data  processing，  handling  of  email  routine  and  access  intranets.  Especially  PC  technique  in  MS  office:  Word  &  Excel  &  Access.
