职位描述
General Responsibilities: -Be responsible to handle the shipment with freight collect
-Be responsible to handle the customs clearance and delivery
Competency Requirements
-Communication: Good communication skill, service etiquette and real;
-Customer Service: Strongly sales oriented with excellent service etiquette;
-Team Work: Cooperative, and real team player with broad business insight;
-Self disciplined and good time management;
-Problem Solving: Good analytical skills and be solution provider;
-Result Orientation: Can use resources to achieve goals and objectives within timeline;
Qualifications
-Knowledge & Skills: Industry knowledge for handling procedures of Airfreight Export
-Education & Training: Above College degree, above CET-4
good skill in computer use, good spoken & written English, and Mandarin;
-Experience: Freight forwarder experience at least 2 years
Key account management working experience preferred
-Personal Characteristics: High Responsibility attitude; active and open personality; energetic & proactive
