Customer Service Executive
职位描述
The job:Handle quotations and customer orders pertaining to Satair′s products and services
Ensure timely follow up on quotations and back orders
Handle customer complaints and claims
Proactively update customers on status of enquiries and deliveries
Handle invoice discrepancies in a timely fashion to support Sales and Finance in the Accounts Receivable collection
Close coordination with internal departments
Occasional participation in external key customer meetings as per agreement with the manager
What it takes:
Candidate should possess at least a Degree with at least two years of customer service experience in a dynamic environment
Ability to converse in English
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Possess highly effective verbal and written communication skills
Passionate about providing world class customer service standards to customers
PC literacy (Microsoft office)
Knowledge of Lotus Notes tools and SAP would be advantageous
Possess basic shipping knowledge (including transportation of dangerous goods and INCO terms)
Ability to work as a team player
Proactive and confident individual with good work ethnics
