资格要求  Requirements

航空或工科专业专科以上学历（含专科）或同等教育背景；
College  degree  or  above  that  major  in  Aviation  or  Technology,  or  equivalent  education  background;
至少具有一年的航空电气附件维修工作经验，如有导线束、线缆维修经验者可优先考虑；
Must  have  at  least  1  years  of  aviation  electricacomponents  maintenance  experience,  harness  repair  experience  is  preferred;
如持有CCAR66  ELC电气附件修理人员执照可优先考虑；
Those  who  holds  a  valid  CCAR66  ELC  Component  Maintenance  PersonneLicense  are  preferred;
经过有关民航法规、国家或行业标准、专业知识、基本技能、工作程序、维修人为因素知识和安全管理体系的培训；
Have  received  training  on  the  relevant  civiaviation  laws  and  regulations,  nationaor  industriastandards,  technicaknowledge,  basic  skill,  operating  procedures,  maintenance  human  factors  and  SMS.
必须能读写并且理解英语，编写中英文报告；
Must  be  able  to  read,  write  and  understand  the  English  language，and  generate  reports;
必须具有良好的沟通技巧；
Must  have  good  communication  skills;
身体健康；
Must  be  in  good  health;
在CAAC中，拥有良好的声誉，没有诚信问题，在不适航事件中没有责任，没有被CAAC吊销过执照。
Must  be  in  good  standing  with  the  CAAC,  and  has  never  been  found  guilty  of  any  moraand  un-airworthy  incident,  and  have  never  had  the  CAAC  license  revoked.
工作职责  Responsibilities

向生产经理汇报，完成安排的工作。
Reporting  to  Production  Manager  and  performing  duties  as  assigned  by  Production  Manager.
根据工作指令进行维修和改装工作。
Performing  maintenance  or  alteration  according  to  the  Work  Orders.
纠正在维修中发现的以及检验员提出的任何问题。
Performing  corrective  actions  on  any  discrepancies  arising  during  the  maintenance  process,  or  as  required  by  inspectors.
协助员工培训。
Cooperating  in  personnetraining.
根据质量审核发现的问题，采取纠正措施。
Taking  corrective  action  for  quality  deficiencies  according  to  audit  findings.
