职位要求：  1.BS  in  Finance/Accounting  plus  a  minimum  of  5  years  experience  in  cost  estimating;  preferably  in  a  manufacturing  environment.  2.Strong  knowledge  of  PRC  GAAP  and  US  GAAP  3.Knowledge  of  ERP,  Syteline  is  advantage  4.Strong  sense  of  Internal  Control,  SOX  is  a  plus.  5.Computer  literate,  advance  MS  Excel,  Ms  Word,  Power  Point  6.Experience  in  contract  administration  desired  7.Ability  to  communicate  effectively  in  English  and  Mandarin  Chinese.  职位描述：  1.Manage  and  control  company  costing,  inventory,  assets  2.Manage  and  control  costing  process,  transactions  of  accounts  which  include  accrual  items,  adjustments  and  reconciliation  3.Maintain  Cost  module  in  ERP(Syteline),  update  standard  cost,  BOM  and  routing  in  Syteline.  4.Provides  cost  variance  analyses  and  cost  estimates  5.Maintain  daily  cost  to  drive  operational  performance  6.Be  responsible  for  Daily  Cycle  Count  and  Yearly  Inventory  Count  7.Prepares  accurate  cost  data  and  spreadsheets  to  site  leadership  8.Work  with  Warehouse  to  ensure  SOX  Inventory  and  Cost  Management  Cycle  implementation  9.Maintain  FA  module  in  ERP(Syteline).  10.Work  with  other  department  to  ensure  SOX  Capex  Management  Cycle  implementation
