Job  Description:
1.  Conduct  and  manage  the  processes  for  obtaining  best  performance  of  qualified  suppliers  to  meet  requests  from  Quality  and  Procurement.
2.  Acts  as  an  authorized  function  of  the  Company  with  responsibility  for  terms  &  conditions  negotiation  and  signing.
3.  Conduct  periodic  supplier  performance  review,  analyze  the  good  and  the  bad,  manage  and  develop  suppliers’  performance.
4.  Set  up  stable  supplier  database  and  establish  strategic  relationships  between  the  Company  and  suppliers  as  much  as  possible.
5.  Work  with  Quality  Department  to  develop  Approved  Supplier  List.
6.  Support  Director  to  improve  5S,  staff  communication  and  procedure  standardization  of  Supply  Chain.
  
Preferred  Education:
Bachelor  degree  or  above
  
Preferred  Job  Skills  and  Qualifications:
1.  Contract  or  procurement  experience  at  least  5  years.
2.  Proficiency  in  speaking  English  and  Chinese.
3.  Outstanding  ability  of  problem  solving  to  develop  solutions  to  complex  problems  regarding  supplier  management.
4.  Work  independently,  self-motivated,  and  able  to  communicate  effectively  with  both  internal  and  external.
5.  Adhere  to  stringent  work  ethic  and  requirements,  able  to  perform  the  job  professionally.
