职位描述
Job Description1 Liaise with various departments and parties involved in a flight preparation, process flight inquiries and dispatch tasks internally
2 Coordinate with various service functions of operator and oversee the inquiry, understand and anticipate the need of client in details
3 Command service providers by distance and cross check all phrases prior to each flight assigned
4 Familiar with flight operation process, prepare and check flight briefs
5 Guide and assist crew and pax with their trip planning, including transportation and hotel booking, resolve problems under unexpected circumstances
6 Establish regular report, enhance customer experience, and optimize service quality
Requirements:
1 Native Mandarin speaker
2 Fluency in English (speaking and writing)
3 University degree, preferably with aviation background
4、3+ years′experience of successful servicing in similar position
5 Enjoy working in a fast growing and dynamic environment/International Firm
6 Personal Characteristic:

8 Team player, self-motivated, strong service consciousness
9 Ability to develop long lasting business relationships
岗位职责:
1 处理客户飞行要求,联络协调公司各部门参与飞行规划;
2 联络协调客户的各服务部门,理解并掌握客户所需的相关服务细节;
3 远程控制服务第三方,交叉检查飞行的各个步骤;
4 熟悉公务飞行流程和环境,草拟/检查飞行通告;
5 协助机组和旅客的行程,包括酒店和交通安排,为他们在不熟悉的环境排忧解难;
6 定期提交报告,提升客户体验,优化服务质量。
任职要求:
1 普通话标准,英文读写优异;
2 本科学历,航空背景优先;
3、3年以上相关职位的成功经验;
4 有国际企业经验优先。
其他要求:
自信,创新,善于解决问题;
有团队精神,工作积极主动,服务意识强;
擅长人际沟通,能够与客户建立长期友好关系。
