工作简介
Key  Tasks/Functions:
1. To  lead  and  assist  teams  in  the  inspection  and  repair  of  gas  turbine  engine  components.  
2. Co-ordinate  work  schedule  and  supervise  team  activities  to  ensure  efficient  operation.  
3. To  monitor  and  certify  work  is  in  compliance  with  airworthiness  and  company  requirements.  
4. To  train  tradesmen  and  trainee  tradesmen  in  their  trade  skills  
5. Perform  troubleshooting,  modification  and  repair  work,  and  undertake  hand  rework  tasks.  
6. Perform  engine  component  visual  and  dimensional  inspection.  
7. To  complete  routing  cards  and  certify  work  accomplished.  
8. To  take  part  in  and  assist  in  process  improvement  activities
工作要求
1.  At  least  eight  years  working  experiences  in  the  civil  aviation  industry  in  a  component  repair  environment,  conversant  with  detailed  inspection,  chemical  and  repair  processes.  
2.  Having  previously  held  a  position  as  a  technician  /  supervisor  in  a  component  repair  workshop.  
3.  Having  held  an  aviation  authority  "approved  company"  internal  work  sign  off  authorisation  /  approval.  
4.  Have  a  working  knowledge  of  airworthiness  regulations.  
5.  Conversant  with  engine  and  component  repair  manuals,  technical  publications  and  documentation  control  procedures.  
6.  Have  proven  trade  skills  and  working  experiences  on  machines  or  hand  trades.  
7.  Good  command  of  written  and  spoken  English  is  essential.  
8.  Familiar  with  process  improvement  techniques  including  Six  Sigma,  and  Lean.  
9.  An  Ordinary  Certificate  (or  equivalent)  in  a  related  technical  subject.  
10.  Duplicated,  see  above  positive  and  proactive  individual  able  and  willing  to  work  in  a  dynamic  environment  .
