1.英语（说、读、写）最低要求相当于国际民航组织4级英语水平。
1.  Minimum  English  proficiency  of  ICAO  Level  4  (writing,  speaking,  and  reading)  required.  
2.要求具有航线操作或飞机制造经验。
2.  Flightline  Operations  or  Manufacturing  experience  required.
3.具有教导和传授相关复杂工艺流程的能力。
3.  Demonstrated  ability  to  teach  and  transfer  knowledge  related  to  complex  processes.
4.要求2年以上的管理/领导经验。
4.2+  years  of  management  and/or  leadership  experience  required.
5.航空专业学士学位者或同等学历和经验者优先。  
5.  BA  Degree  preferred  or  equivalent  level  of  education  and  experience.
6.持有有效的I型，AV、TA机型维修执照者优先，但不要求一定持有维修执照，持有维修执照是为符合CAAC放行的要求。
6.  Valid  type  rating  maintenance  certifications  Type  I,  AV,  TA  are  preferred,  but  not  required.  These  certifications  are  required  for  return  to  service  (CAAC).
7.具有客户支持经验者优先。  
7.  Experience  with  customer  support  preferred.
8.思维灵活、积极主动、能接受不同的文化差异、并具有组织能力。
8.  Flexible,  self-starter,  ability  to  embrace  different  cultures,  and  organized.

一、培训费用
员工培训不收取培训费,住宿由学院免费提供。  
二、招收程序
2018年4月30日报名结束；2018年4月15-30日在舟山进行集中面试。面试结束后，由合资公司办理招聘手续并确定参加培训的人选。
三、报名方式
（一）来校报名、来函报名或E-mail报名。
（邮件标题：员工招聘+姓名+应聘岗位  ，
如“员工招聘  张三  质量记录员”）
（二）报名同时需提供以下材料：
1.按附件模板填写的个人简历（中英文）；  
2.英语能力证书、航空行业相关证书、学历学位证书、身份证等扫描件或复印件。
1.  Training  Fee
Staffs  are  free  from  the  training  fee.  During  the  training,  accommodations  are  provided  by  the  college  free  of  charge.
2  Recruitment  procedure
Applications  to  the  college  will  be  submitted  on  or  before  April  30,  2018.  The  college  will  conduct  interviews  between  April  15  and  30,  2018.  After  the  interview,  the  students  who  pass  the  training  and  interview  process  will  be  selected  to  receive  employment  offers.
