1.英语（说、读、写）最低要求相当于国际民航组织4级英语水平。
1.  Minimum  English  proficiency  of  ICAO  Level  4  (writing,  speaking,  and  reading)  required.
2.学士学位，且具有10年或以上的相关工作经验。硕士学位且具有8年或以上相关工作经验或具有同等学历和经验。
2.Bachelor's  degree  and  typically  10  or  more  years'  related  work  experience,  a  Master's  degree  and  typically  8  or  more  years'  related  work  experience  or  an  equivalent  combination  of  education  and  experience.
3.要求3年或以上质量工作岗位工作经验。
3.3  or  more  years  of  experience  in  a  quality  position  is  required.
4.要求具有管理质量管理体系或法规审核的经验。
4.  Experience  with  conducting  Quality  Management  System  or  Regulatory  Audits  required.
5.要求具有开发和管理纠正措施资料的经验。
5.  Experience  with  developing  and  managing  corrective  action  data  is  required.
6.具有从事过CAAC或FAA法规要求者优先
6.  Experience  working  with  CAAC  and/or  FAA  regulatory  requirements  is  preferred.

一、培训费用
员工培训不收取培训费,住宿由学院免费提供。  
二、招收程序
2018年4月30日报名结束；2018年4月15-30日在舟山进行集中面试。面试结束后，由合资公司办理招聘手续并确定参加培训的人选。
三、报名方式
（一）来校报名、来函报名或E-mail报名。
（邮件标题：员工招聘+姓名+应聘岗位  ，
如“员工招聘  张三  质量记录员”）
（二）报名同时需提供以下材料：
1.按附件模板填写的个人简历（中英文）；  
2.英语能力证书、航空行业相关证书、学历学位证书、身份证等扫描件或复印件。
1.  Training  Fee
Staffs  are  free  from  the  training  fee.  During  the  training,  accommodations  are  provided  by  the  college  free  of  charge.
2  Recruitment  procedure
Applications  to  the  college  will  be  submitted  on  or  before  April  30,  2018.  The  college  will  conduct  interviews  between  April  15  and  30,  2018.  After  the  interview,  the  students  who  pass  the  training  and  interview  process  will  be  selected  to  receive  employment  offers.
