1.英语（说、读、写）最低要求相当于国际民航组织4级英语水平。
1.  Minimum  English  proficiency  of  ICAO  Level  4  (writing,  speaking,  and  reading)  required.
2.必须接受需要的轮班工作。
2.  Must  be  able  to  work  rotating  shifts  as  needed.
3.高中毕业或同等学历者优先。
3.  High  school  graduate  or  equivalent  preferred.
4.具有至少5年的军用、民用航空器或民航局认可的维修单位的复杂式喷气动力飞机维修经验者优先，要求之前有航空电子或电气工作经验。
4.  Prefer  a  minimum  of  five  years  of  aircraft  maintenance  experience  on  complex  jet  powered  aircraft  with  military,  airline  or  certificated  repair  station  background.  Previous  avionics  or  electrical  experience  is  required.

一、培训费用
员工培训不收取培训费,住宿由学院免费提供。  
二、招收程序
2018年4月30日报名结束；2018年4月15-30日在舟山进行集中面试。面试结束后，由合资公司办理招聘手续并确定参加培训的人选。
三、报名方式
（一）来校报名、来函报名或E-mail报名。
（邮件标题：员工招聘+姓名+应聘岗位  ，
如“员工招聘  张三  质量记录员”）
（二）报名同时需提供以下材料：
1.按附件模板填写的个人简历（中英文）；  
2.英语能力证书、航空行业相关证书、学历学位证书、身份证等扫描件或复印件。
1.  Training  Fee
Staffs  are  free  from  the  training  fee.  During  the  training,  accommodations  are  provided  by  the  college  free  of  charge.
2  Recruitment  procedure
Applications  to  the  college  will  be  submitted  on  or  before  April  30,  2018.  The  college  will  conduct  interviews  between  April  15  and  30,  2018.  After  the  interview,  the  students  who  pass  the  training  and  interview  process  will  be  selected  to  receive  employment  offers.
