1.高中学历或同等学历。
1.  High  school  diploma  or  equivalent.  
2.至少两年或以上相关工作经验或同等的培训经验者优先。
2.  Prefer  a  minimum  of  2  or  more  years'  related  experience  or  an  equivalent  combination  of  education  and  experience.
3.英语（说、读、写）最低要求相当于国际民航组织4级英语水平。
3.  The  minimum  required  for  English  (speaking,  reading,  and  writing)  is  equivalent  to  ICAO  Level  4.
4.广泛了解工作的专业知识，包括剪切，测绘，压平、粘贴等。
4.  Extensive  understanding  of  specialized  aspects  of  the  job  to  include  cutting,  plotting,  weeding,  transfer  tape  etc.
5.在绘图或类似的图表方面具有广泛的计算机应用背景，包括阅读工程图纸和工程文件。
5.  Extensive  computer  background  in  plotting  or  similar  program  including  reading  engineering  drawings  and  documents.
6.熟悉各种产品和工艺，包括覆膜和模板材料的存储和库存控制。
6.  Should  be  familiar  with  various  products  and  processes  including  storage  and  inventory  control  of  Premask  and  stencil  materials.  
7.为各种复杂问题开发解决方案;使用已建立的组织策略，实践和程序作为指导，利用机智来创建适当的解决方案。
7.  Experience  developing  solutions  to  a  variety  of  complex  problems;  uses  resourcefulness  to  create  appropriate  solutions  using  established  organization  policies,  practices,  and  procedures  as  guidelines.

一、培训费用
培训期间，学员不收取培训费,住宿由学院免费提供。
二、招收程序
2018年4月30日报名结束；2018年4月15-30日在舟山进行集中面试。面试结束后，由合资公司确定参加培训的人员。
三、报名方式
（一）来校报名、来函报名或E-mail报名。
（邮件标题：学员招聘+姓名+应聘岗位  ，
如“学员招聘  张三  内饰机修工”）
（二）报名同时需提供以下材料：
1.按附件模板填写的个人简历（中英文）；  
2.英语能力证书、航空行业相关证书、学历学位证书、身份证等扫描件或复印件。
1.  Training  Fee
The  students  are  free  from  the  training  fee.  During  the  training,  accommodations  are  provided  by  the  college  free  of  charge.
2.  Training  Procedure
Applications  to  the  college  will  be  submitted  on  or  before  April  30,  2018.  The  college  will  conduct  interviews  between  April  15  and  30,  2018.  After  the  interview,  the  students  who  pass  the  training  and  interview  process  will  be  selected  to  receive  employment  offers.
