Scope  of  Duties:

-  Responsible  for  the  availability  of  assigned  mechanical  component  capabilities;
-  Buildup  new  mechanical  component  capabilities,  and  lead  the  capability  buildup  working  group;
-  Maintain  the  existing  mechanical  component  capability,  and  improve  the  quality,  cost  and  TAT  continuously.
-  Enhance  repair  cost  effectiveness  through  the  development  of  
1、Piece  Part  Repair
2、Parts  Manufacturer  Approval  (PMA)  parts
3、Designated  Engineering  Representative  (DER)  repairs
4、In-house  tooling,  equipment  and  repair  processes  development  with  EASA  Part  21  DOA  approval
-  Coach  assistant  engineer  and  engineering  assistant.



Requirements:



-  Bachelor  degree  or  above  in  Aeronautical,  Engineering  or  related  disciplines;
-  At  least  6  years  technical  working  experience,  including  at  least  4  year  experience  in  component  engineering;
-  Good  command  of  English,  both  spoken  and  written;
-  Knowledge  and  experience  of  following  are  essential:
1、Repair  capability  buildup  experience;  
2、Repair  and  trouble-shooting  of  sub-assembly  and  piece  part;
3、Special  process,  such  as  NDT,  chrome  repair,  composite  repair,  machining,  and  etc.;
4、Designing,  setting  up  and  operating  testers  according  to  component  document;
5、Automatic  test  equipment  (for  example  AVTRON  ADAS);
6、Aircraft  systems;
7、MS  Office  tools;
-  Knowledge  and  experience  of  following  are  preferred:
1、Setup,  programming  and  modification  of  automatic  test  equipment;
2、Usage  of  CAD  software,  such  as  AutoCAD,  Solidworks,  and  etc.;
3、Exposure  in  quality  procedures  and  working  practices  under  EN9110,  EASA,  FAA  and/or  CAAC  regulations;
4、CAAC  MEC  license  or  equivalent  certificate;
