Scope  of  Duties:

1.Responsible  for  the  availability  of  assigned  electrical  component  capabilities,  such  as  linear  actuator,  rotary  actuator,  fan,  oven,  coffee  maker,  light,  and  etc.;
2.Buildup  new  electrical  component  capabilities,  and  lead  the  capability  buildup  working  group;
3.Maintain  the  existing  electrical  component  capability,  and  improve  the  quality,  cost  and  TAT  continuously.
4.Enhance  repair  cost  effectiveness  through  the  development  of  
(1)Level  3  Repair
(2)Parts  Manufacturer  Approval  (PMA)  parts
(3)Designated  Engineering  Representative  (DER)  repairs
(4)In-house  tooling,  equipment  and  repair  processes  development  with  EASA  Part  21  DOA  approval
5.Develop  other  engineers,  and  coach  young  assistant  engineer.


Requirements:

1.Bachelor  degree  or  above  in  Aeronautical,  Engineering  or  related  disciplines;
2.At  least  6  years  technical  working  experience,  including  at  least  4  year  experience  in  component  engineering;
3.Good  command  of  English,  both  spoken  and  written;
4.Knowledge  and  experience  of  following  are  essential:
(1)Repair  capability  buildup  experience;  
(2)Repair  and  trouble-shooting  of  sub-assembly  and  piece  part;
(3)Repair  process  and  method  of  electrical/mechanical  components;
(4)Designing,  setting  up  and  operating  testers  according  to  component  document;
(5)Automatic  test  equipment;
(6)Aircraft  systems;
(7)MS  Office  tools;
5.Knowledge  and  experience  of  following  are  preferred:
(1)Setup,  programming  and  modification  of  automatic  test  equipment;
(2)Usage  of  CAD  software,  such  as  AutoCAD,  Solidworks,  and  etc.;
(3)Exposure  in  quality  procedures  and  working  practices  under  EN9110,  EASA,  FAA  and/or  CAAC  regulations;
(4)CAAC  ELC  license  or  equivalent  certificate;
