Requirements,

1.Bachelor  or  above,  industrial  engineering  or  mechanical/electric  automatization,  the  relevant  education  background.  
2.8-10  years  improvement  experience  in  manufacturing,  supply  chain,  and  good  lean  manufacturing  knowledge.  
3.Strong  program  /  strategic  workstream  project  management  skills  and  experience.  
4.BB（黑带）  certification  or  equivalent  （  3~5  Years’  Project  leader’s  experience  with  Success  strategic  workstream  project  （Company-wide  ）
5.Good  communication  skills  in  oral  and  written  English.  
6.Professional  Project  management  knowledge  and  skill.  
7.Creative,  independent,  accurate,  flexible  and  enthusiastic  professional.  
8.Being  able  to  manage  theSteering  Committee  Meeting  and  prepare  material  
9.Able  to  provide  formal  and  informal  training  and  coaching  （Eg.  Coacher  of  GB  training,  JIT  workshop,  etc）.  


Main  Duties,

1.Support  functional  departments  to  ensure  the  delivery  （Target  achievement）.  
2.Request  and  assure  project  resources  to  build  the  project  team  that  can  satisfy  the  project  requirement  （capability  and  ability）.  
3.Develop  detailed  project  plans  with  the  project  team  and  project  assignment.  
4.Monitor  project  progress  and  status  versus  project  plans  and  scope  （cost,  quality,  time）  Requirements.  
5.Providing  guidance  and  advice  to  subordinates  as  necessary.  
6.Assist  the  senior  management  to  analyze/study  the  work  flow  /working  process  and  to  organize/drive  the  strategic  workstream  project.
