作为高级气动技师的COM生产部岗位职责包括以下内容:

岗位职责:
根据生产计划，从事飞机气动附件的修理
指导年轻维修人员的工作
配合工程部完成技术攻关和新项目开发
辅助主管进行团队管理
保证工作符合公司质量政策/程序和环境健康安全政策
维修用工具设备的日常清点和维护保养
完成主管要求的其他任务

任职资格:
航空专业职业学校（技校）毕业，且不少于5年飞机附件维修经验(从事气动附件维修的时间不少于3年)，或者航空专业大专或本科学历，且不少于3年飞机附件维修经验(从事气动附件维修的时间不少于2年)
持有民用航空器部件修理人员执照（MEC）。
熟练阅读CMM,  SOPM,  SB,  SL,  以及其它技术资料。
掌握气动附件维修常用材料、流程、方法和工艺的知识
基本的计算机应用能力。
有团队精神。
有气动附件项目签署和放行经验者优先考虑。
有气动测试设备使用和维护经验者优先考虑。
有新维修项目工作经验者优先考虑。
英语能力突出者优先考虑。

About  this  Job:

As  Senior  Pneumatic  Technician  in  our  COM  Production  team  your  scope  of  responsibility  includes:
Repair  aircraft  pneumatic  components  per  production  plan
Coach  young  maintenance  staff
Cooperating  with  engineering  department  to  solve  technical  problems  and  build-up  new  capabilities
Assist  team  leader  to  organize  team
Ensure  the  compliance  of  performance  with  LTS  Quality  policy/procedure  and  EHS  policy.
Routine  check  and  maintenance  of  repair  tools  and  equipment
Other  tasks  assigned  by  team  leader.

Requirements:

If  the  following  describes  you,  please  apply!
Aviation  professional  school  education  background  with  no  less  than  5-year  aircraft  component  maintenance  experience  (including  no  less  than  3  years  on  pneumatic  component),  or;
Aviation  3-year  or  4-year  college  education  background  with  no  less  than  3-year  aircraft  component  maintenance  experience  (including  no  less  than  2  years  on  pneumatic  component).
Holding  Civil  Aircraft  Component  Maintenance  Personnel  License  (MEC).
Fluent  reading  of  CMM,  SOPM,  SB,  SL,  and  other  technical  data.
Good  knowledge  of  materials,  process,  methods  and  techniques  for  pneumatic  repair.
Basic  knowledge  of  computer  applications.
Team  Spirit.
Item  ratings  and  release-to-service  experience  of  pneumatic  component  are  plus.
Application  and  maintenance  experience  of  pneumatic  test  bench  is  plus.
Repair  experience  of  the  first  batch  of  new  repair  capability  is  plus.
Good  English  is  plus.
