Job  Duties  and  Responsibilities:

-Control  the  structural  part  of  the  aircraft  maintenance  program  to  meet  the  Company’s  business  objectives  and  regulatory  requirements.

-Provide  technical  support  for  aircraft  undergoing  maintenance  onsite  or  in  office.

-Liaise  with  suppliers,  aircraft  manufacturers  and  internal  departments  to  manage  technical  issues  for  structural  parts  and  components.

-Evaluate  and  incorporate  OEM’s  SBs,  ADs  and  prepare  work  packages  for  retrofit  programs.

-Control  aircraft  weight  and  balance  change,  issue  weighing  report,  weight  and  balance  schedule.

-Support  the  Investigation  to  the  reliability  issues,  SRB  risk  and  IOR/MOR  if  necessary.

-Support  the  FTM  related  issues  and  lead  project  assigned.

-Perform  other  duties  or  projects  assigned  by  supervisor/manager.



Job  Requirements:

-Bachelor  Degree  or  above

-Degree  in  Engineering,  Avionics,  Mechanical,  Aeronautical  or  Electrical  Engineering

-At  least  5  years  experience  on  large  aircraft  structure  and  at  least  3  years  experience  work  as  assistant  engineer

-Good  knowledge  of  Aviation  Industry.  Be  familiar  with  maintenance  manuals,  operational  manuals  and  OEM  documents

-Good  command  of  spoken  and  written  English

-Proficient  computer  skills  with  database  maintenance,  MS  applications

-Polished  interpersonal  and  communications  skills

-Aircraft  Maintenance  Engineer  License  or  equivalent  is  preferred

-Design  Organization  background  is  preferred
