Job  Title:  Hydraulic  Engineer

【Responsibilities】
?Develop  repair  capabilities  of  hydraulic  components,  such  as  electro-hydraulic  servo  valves,  power  control  unit,  pumps,  motors,  actuators  and  other  valves.

?Lead  capability  buildup  projects  of  hydraulic  components.

?Develop  repair  process  for  hydraulic  components.

?Support  equipment  engineer  to  write  specifications  of  test  equipment,  evaluate  proposals  from  external  suppliers,  and  implement  acceptance  inspection.

?Support  tool/fixture  engineer  to  design  special  tools  and  fixtures.

?Create  and  revise  technical  documents  per  company  requirements,  such  as  the  working  reference  for  production  team,  the  alternative  tool/equipment  evaluation  form,  the  engineering  instruction,  and  etc.

?Develop  and  induct  product  alternatives  (for  example  PMA  parts,  self-manufactured  parts,  shop  repairable  units,  and  etc.).

【Qualifications】
?Majored  in  aviation  or  relative  engineering  field
?1-2  years  work  experience  on  hydraulic  components.
?Strong  written  and  verbal  English  skills.
?Good  knowledge  of  materials,  process,  methods  and  techniques  for  hydraulic  repair.
?Be  familiar  with  MS  Office  and  CAD  software.  Solidworks  and  AUTOCAD  are  preferred.
?Basic  hand-on  skills.
?Good  knowledge  of  airworthiness  regulations.
