【Responsibilities】【岗位职责】

?Be  responsible  for  tooling  lending  and  returning  management  to  support  production  daily  activities  in  timely  and  secure  all  behaviors  under  controlled  and  in  line  with  the  process;  confirm  the  tooling  return  status  and  communicate  with  operator  to  clarify  problems  and  take  effective  solution  if  there  is  any  discrepancy.  Same  interface  also  to  Engineering.

负责工具的借还管理，及时支持车间日常生产工作，保证按流程工作，确保所有工具得到有效控，在要求时间内及时归库，如有差异，及时和工作者沟通反馈并采取有效措施

?Perform  regular  check  and  maintain  for  all  managed  tooling  &  tool  cabinet  to  make  sure  they  are  in  good  condition

对管理的工具及工具箱，按照制定的维护计划进行定期检查、保养、维护，确保各项工具维持在良好的可用状态

?Perform  goods  receiving,  tool  number  coding,  issuing,  system  input  and  document  archiving  in  a  prompt  reaction  to  fulfill  customer  demand  according  to  process;  keep  clear  record  and  tracing  in  tooling  management  system.

对新购买的工具、设备按照公司流程及时执行相关的收货、编码及系统录入，资料归档

?Maintain  tooling  management  system  in  good  condition  and  there  is  no  redundant  data,  which  have  been  handled  on  time  in  a  controlled  and  safe  manner.  Maintain  and  secure  all  data  in  each  systems  so  they  are  in  line  with

each  other.

维护工具设备管理系统，确保无多余数据，确保有效监控。维护好各个工具定位，以保证系统与实物一一对应

?Be  responsible  for  monitoring  and  replenishing  of  all  kinds  of  consumable  in  tool  crib  warehouse  to  a  condition  of  always  satisfying  production  demand;  management  spare  part  for  repair  and  maintain  of  tooling  and  equipment  in  sufficient  condition;  summary  and  report  the  stock  level  and  consumption  of  consumable  to  public  regularly.

负责对生产使用的各项耗材进行监控和补充；对工具设备修理所使用的备件进行管理，定期总结及向部门经理/主管报告耗材备库及使用状况

?Conduct  the  stock  inventory  monitoring  and  clear  up  to  make  sure  consistency  of  inventory  level  and  physical  part.  Support  the  fixed  asset  management  with  Finance  department  and  superior.

负责工具库、固定资产盘点、整理，并保证账实一致

?Support  monitoring  and  managing  tools  and  equipment’s  according  to  the  internal  Calibration  process

【Qualifications】【任职资格】

?College  or  High  school  degree  or  above

高中以上学历

?2  years  or  more  working  experience  in  related  field  are  highly  welcomed  but  notmandatory;

有2年以上仓库管理工作经验优先

?Tooling  Management  Software  experiences  and  Industrial  tooling  knowledge

工具管理软件经验及工业工具相关知识

?Familiar  with  production  and  purchasing  processes

熟悉生产及采购流程

?Good  interpersonal  skills  and  be  a  team  player  with  a  problem  solving  oriented  mind  set;

善于交际，具有良好的团队合作精神，积极解决问题

?Be  communicative,  motivated  and  proactive  with  your  ideas;

善于沟通，积极主动，大胆提出想法

?Basic  in  English  listening,  speaking,  writing  and  reading.
