Job  description:

-Set  up  the  training  plan  for  apprentices  (fresh  graduates)?.  Ensure  schedule  is  maintained  and  reflects  current  training  demands  by  appropriate  monitoring  of  training  in  progress.  e.g:  Set  up  &  monitoring  technical  training  plan.

-Conduct  aviation  technical  basic  training  to  ensure  trainees  are  able  to  understand  technical  documentation  used  in  workshop  independently  by

1)  Acting  as  a  trainer  for  technical  courses.

2)  Coordinating  &  monitoring  the  training  resources  (e.g:  work  with  Quality  department  for  outsourcing  training  subjects  on  the  definition,  and  arranging  the  training  schedule,  place,  etc)

3)  Define  &  preparing  relevant  training  documentations

4)  Defining  specific  examinations  or  questions  for  classroom  training  as  well  as  practice  training.

5)  Coordinate  On  The  Job  Training

-Foster  trainees  with  concept  of  aviation  safety  and  responsibility  to  fulfill  the  aviation  authority  regulation  &  company  quality  requirement  by  class  room  training  and  on  the  job  enhancement.

-  Improve  training  course/subjects  to  enlarge  internal  production  training  capability  and  to  fulfill  the  development  of  new/revised  process  and  technology.

-Work  with  quality  department  and  production  department  for  qualification  assessment  and  monitoring  its  plan.

-Other  tasks  as  assigned  by  the  superior

Requirement:

-Bachelor  degree  or  above,  majored  in  engineering,  preferred  in  aircraft  design  engineering

-2  years  of  related  work  experience
-Fluent  English
