职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES  (Key  accountabilities  and  responsibilities)
? To  co-ordinate  with  relevant  department  and  person  to  prepare  the  tender  documents,  bid  pack  and  bid  offer  to  customer  /  协调各个相关部门和人员，给客户准备投标文件、预算表和报价单；
? To  follow  up  the  bid  /  offer  and  carry  out  customers'  requirements.  /  跟进招投标/报价进度，落实客户需求；  
? To  record  all  tender  documents  /  bid  offer  /  bid  pack  in  order  /  整理和记录招投标文件、报价单和运算单;
? Supports  Management  by  developing  Program  Management  bid  inputs  along  with  supporting  assumptions,  risks  and  technical  responses  /  协助管理层对预算表进行必要的风险及技术答复的支持；
? Cooperate  with  project  manager  to  carry  out  the  project  negotiations,  responsible  for  the  records  management.  /  配合项目经理开展项目洽谈，负责做好记录管理；
? Provide  project  coordination  work,  daily  administrative  support  independently.  /  项目内外部的协调工作、独立承担日常事务性工作；
? Complete  the  project  research,  report  writing  and  project  execution  according  to  work  requirement.  /  根据工作需求配合完成项目调研、报告撰写和项目执行；  
? Other  assigned  tasks  arranged  by  leaders.  /  公司或部门领导安排的其他工作内容。

QUALIFICATION
? Master’s  Degree  in  Business，marketing，management  or  similar  majors.  /  商务，市场或管理相关专业的硕科学历；
? Communicate  thoroughly  and  effectively  in  English  via  email  and  orally.  At  least  pass  CET-6.  /用英语口语和书面进行无障碍沟通，CET-6；
? 5  year  experience  in  managing  the  delivery  of  large  scale  industrial  projects  in  Rail,  Traffic,  Marine  Aviation  or  any  safety  real  time  systems  area.  /  五年以上大型轨道，交通，贸易，航空项目交付经验或实时安全系统领域等相关工作经验；
? Familiar  with  Office  and  related  software.  /  能熟练使用各种办公硬件设备及办公软件；
? Initiative,  self-motivated  and  detail  oriented.  /  热情耐心，积极主动，工作细致。
