Working  Experience  Required:

Working  experience  of  civil  engineering  procurement  is  preferred.



Academic/Technical/Professional  Experience  Required  :

Bachelor’s  degree  and/or  above.

Basic  knowledge  of  Contract  Law.

Basic  knowledge  of  Finance.

Familiar  with  Procurement  Process.

Excellent  command  of  English,  both  spoken  and  written,  CET-6  or  above.

Strong  Computer  skills  on  Word/Excel/PPT  etc.



Main  Duties:

Sourcing  potential  vendors  based  on  project  requirement.

Participate  on  bidding  document  compilation.

Review  commercial  tender  document.

Organize  tender  document  evaluation  process.

Contract  negotiation  and  risk  control.

Contract  execution  and  vendor  management,  build  up  reliable  supply  chain.

Monitor  performance  of  suppliers.

Coordination  with  Finance  for  the  payment  handling.?

Other  admin  work  assigned  by  manager.
