【岗位职责】

根据生产计划，从事飞机电子附件的修理

指导年轻维修人员的工作

配合工程部完成技术攻关和新项目开发

辅助主管进行团队管理

保证工作符合公司质量政策/程序和环境健康安全政策

维修用工具设备的日常清点和维护保养

【任职资格】

电子相关专业职业**（技校）毕业，且不少于5年电子相关产品维修或研发工作经验，或者电子相关专业大专或本科学历，且不少于3年电子相关产品维修或研发工作经验。（希望你对A/D转换电路，开关电源等相关电路知识有着较为深入的理解）

能够阅读英语相关的技术资料。

了解电子附件维修常用材料、流程、方法和工艺的知识

基本的计算机应用能力。

有团队精神且足够的细心。

有电子附件项目签署和放行经验者优先考虑。

有电子测试设备使用、维护和研发经验者优先考虑。

有新维修项目工作经验者优先考虑。

英语能力突出者优先考虑

Job  Title:  Senior  Avionics  Technician

Department:  COM  Production

Report  to:  Avionics  Team  Leader

【Responsibilities】

  Repair  aircraft  avionics  components  per  production  plan

Coach  young  maintenance  staff

Cooperating  with  engineering  department  to  solve  technical  problems  and  build-up  new  capabilities

Assist  team  leader  to  organize  team

Ensure  the  compliance  of  performance  with  LTS  Quality  policy/procedure  and  EHS  policy

Routine  check  and  maintenance  of  repair  tools  and  equipment

【Qualifications】

Electronics  professional  school  education  background  with  no  less  than  5-year  Electronics  maintenance  or  design  experience,  or  Electronics  3-year    or  4-year  college  education  background  with  no  less  than  3-year  Electronics  maintenance  or  design  experience  (Good  knowledge  about  A/D  Convertor  Circuit，Switching  Power  Supply  circuit  and  other  related  circuit  will  be  necessary).

Fluent  reading  of  CMM,  SOPM,  SB,  SL,  and  other  technical  data.

Basic  knowledge  of  materials,  process,  methods  and  techniques  for  avionics  repair.

Basic  knowledge  of  computer  applications.

Team  Spirit  and  circumspection.

Item  ratings  and  release-to-service  experience  of  avionics  component  are  plus.

Application,  maintenance,  and  development  experience  of  Avionics  test  equipment  is  plus.

Repair  experience  of  the  first  batch  of  new  repair  capability  is  plus.

Good  English  is  plus.
