Major  Job  Responsibility
?  Develop  and  Transfer  airfield    lighting  products  under  certain  cost  condition  within  given  time  
?  Develop  company  new  technology  transfer  procedure  independently  and  support  other  engineers,  according  to  the  requirement  of  company  procedure  and  technical  documents  preparation.        
?    Evaluate  competitor  products  &  follow  up  new  products  on  the  AGL  market  
?  Product  Maintenance  of  existing  products  during  product  life  cycle  
?  Continuous  improvement  in  use  of  existing  &  new  tools  for  design  and  testing  
?  Analyze  and  improve  new  product  localization  in  China  
?  support  purchase  team  technical  transfer  and  control  PCB  product  cost  and  design  quality  
?  New  technology  and  product  lunch  in  China  and  reach  high  quality  &  efficiency  standard.  (MCR3  &  PAPI  &  RGL..)
?  Help  relevant  department  to  complete  product  ratification  and  improve  product  quality.  
?  Complete  other  works  assigned  by  the  department
  
  
Qualification:  
·Bachelor’s  degree  or  above  majoring  in  electricity,  electrical  appliance  or  related  majors.  
·  At  least  5  years  working  experience  on  power  control  unit  manufacture  field.  Design  electronic  circuits  in  low,  medium  and  high  voltage  sections  (including  component  evaluation  and  selection  and  follow-up  for  production)  
·  Be  familiar  with  and  able  to  use  software,  such  as:  AutoCAD,  pads,  cadance
·Good  knowledge  of  PCB  manufacturing  process  and  technology  transfer.
·  Know  ledge  of    5-50KVA  transformer    manufacture    factory  quality  system  and    quality  risk  control;
·Good  knowledge  on  electric  control  cabinet  and  electric  components  price  breakdown;
·Good  knowledge  on  project  management  skill  and  quality  control  and  engineering    problem  solving  skill:  DOE,FMEA    
·Good  communication  skills  in  English.
