Responsibilities:  

. Lead  and  manage  a  production  group  to  meet  production  schedules,  including  all  relevant  MRO  processes  ;
. Handle  the  training  documentation  and  instruct  technicians;  
. Advise  Technicians  in  technical  problems  resolution;
. Manage  the  tools  and  make  analysis  of  components;  
. Other  tasks  assigned  by  superior.

Requirements:

. Bachelor  or  above,  majored  in  mechanical  or  aeronautical  engineering;  
. >  5  years  working  experience  in  aviation  MRO  organization;  
. Possess  CCAR-66  maintenance  personnel  license,  SUB-MEC;  
. Knowledge  of  Liebherr  products  will  be  a  plus;  
. Full  of  responsibility,  implementation,  initiative  and  strong  learning  ability;
. Strong  English  language  skills,  both  written  and  spoken;  
. Solid  computer  skills  in  Microsoft  software.
