Responsibilities:

1.          Work  with  the  customers  throughout  the  whole  process  of  parts  delivery,  inspection  and  installation  on  aircrafts.

2.          Report  quality  and  transportation  issues  to  Liebherr-Aerospace  Toulouse  (LTS)  or  Liebherr-Aerospace  Lindenberg  (LLI).

3.          Support  the  on-aircraft  tests  after  installation  (on  ground).

4.          Work  with  the  Liebherr  Teams  to  support  the  flight  tests  campaign.  This  includes  coordination  with  the  customer  to  obtain  flight  test  plan,  flight  test  schedule,  flight  tests  data…

5.          Ensure  technical  liaison  between  the  LLI/LTS  &  Shanghai  based  teams  and  the  customers  for  Integrated  Air  Management  Systems,  for  all  activities  located  at  the  customer  premises.

6.          Collect  all  technical  inputs  from  LLI/LTS  &  Shanghai,  and  ensure  adequate  communication  of  the  information  to  the  customer.

7.          Present  technical  data,  ensure  actions  completion,  liaise  with  all  necessary  customer  entities  to  ensure  completion  of  the  action  in  the  program  schedule,  as  instructed  by  Liebherr-Aerospace  Toulouse

8.          Analyse  issues,  and  propose  technical  solutions  in  ad  equation  with  development  strategy  of  the  project,  as  instructed  by  the  Liebherr-Aerospace  Toulouse  program  team.

9.          Organize  what  is  needed  for  a  regular  and  excellent  communication  between  the  customer,  and  Liebherr-Aerospace  Toulouse:  conference  call,  ECM,  Email...

10.    Support  meetings,  and  presentations  when  LLI/LTS  personnel  is  located  at  the  customer  facilities.

11.    Regularly  verify  satisfaction  of  final  customer  or  to  inform  LLI/LTS  if  any  trouble

12.    Follow  technical  exchanges  between  the  customers  and  LLI/LTS  in  order  to  be  able  to  identify  misunderstanding,  problems  and  risks  and  quickly  inform  both  companies

13.    Follow  FAL  list  and  verify  respect  of  closure  dates  for  open  items

14.    Respect  and  enforce  quality  procedures  of  aeronautical  development  work

15.    Troubleshooting  at  the  customer‘s  assembly  line

16.    Execution  of  Modification/  Retrofits  at  the  customer’s  assembly  line

17.    Support  to  management  of  the  FAL  support  inventory  (when  any)

18.    Support  the  inspection  and  deliveries  of  products  manufacture  by  suppliers  in  Nanjing

  

  

Requirements:

  

  

1.          Bachelor  degree

2.          Major  in  Aeronautic  engineering

3.          Qualified  OUT  LOCATED  WORK  (OLW)  FAL  &  FT  ONSITE  TECHNICAL  ASSISTANCE  and  quality  inspector

4.          Knowledge  of  the  different  fields  involved  in  maintenance:

5.          Fluent  Chinese  and  English  is  a  must

6.          A/C  maintenance  experience,  with  minimum  3  years
