Duties  &  Responsibilities:                    

Provide  support  to  the  component  repair  workshop  in  managing  daily  operations.
Conduct  quality  investigation  and  trouble  shooting.  
Manage  new  repair  capability  development.  
Collaborate  with  internal  and  external  parties  on  daily  operations  and  technical  projects.
Lead  and  facilitate  the  component  repair  team  to  carry  out  LEAN  improvement  activities.



Qualifications  &  Experience:                  

Degree  in  Mechanical  Engineering  or  other  related  disciplines.  
3  years  of  work  experience  in  aero  engine  repair  or  other  relevant  industries.  
Good  knowledge  in  basic  LEAN  manufacturing  principles/  Greenbelt.  
Good  project  management  skill.  
Good  command  of  written  and  spoken  English  &  Chinese  (Putonghua).
