Quality  Engineer  is  responsible  for  supporting  all  activities  of  the  Quality  Department,  ensuring  compliance  with  all  relevant  regulations,  and  assisting  to  improve  the  quality  of  the  product/services  provided.

Essential  Duties  /  Responsibilities主要职责:  
·  Conduct  internal  and  external  audits  to  assure  compliance  with  regulations,  policies,  procedures,  as  set  forth  by  the  customer,  OEM,  airworthiness  authority  and  the  Company

·  Facilitate  vendor  surveys  and  assessments  
辅助对供应商进行调查和评估  
·Perform  ADs  compliance  assessment

·  Quality  System  Maintenance

·Root  cause  analysis  and  corrective  action  implementation  
进行根本原因分析和纠正措施的执行  
·  Assist  Quality  Manager  in  establishing,  implementing  and  maintaining  the  quality  management  system

·  Continuous  improvement  activities  to  enhance  quality  system

·Develop  training  to  improve  quality  awareness

·  Interface  with  Engineering  and  Operations  on  all  quality  matters

Education教育:  
Bachelor’s  Degree  in  an  Engineering  discipline

Experience经验:  
·Minimum  one  (1)  year  aviation  background  and  familiar  with  quality  systems.  
至少一年的航空背景并熟悉质量体系  
·  Familiar  with  FAR  Part  145  and  CAAC  145.  
熟悉美国和中国的相关法规  
·Can  read,  write  and  understand  English  (CET-4  preferred)  
能用英语进行听说读写（有英语四级者优先考虑）  
·  Working  knowledge  of  MS  Office  products:  MS  Word  and  Excel  (minimum).  
熟练操作微软办公软件，至少会Word和Excel  

Physical  Requirements身体要求:  


While  performing  the  duties  of  this  job,  the  employee  is  regularly  required  to  sit,  occasionally  stand  and  walk  and  also  must  be  able  to  life  a  minimum  of  23  kilograms.
