Requirement:1.Bachelors  degree  or  above  major  in  mechanical  or  equivalent;  2.Minimum  5  years  Mechanical,  equipment,  technical  or  process  improvement  experience  in  foreign  invested  mechanical  /  heavy  industry  company;  3.Must  be  familiar  with  production  equipment;  4.  Able  to  understand  engineering  drawing  and  use  CAD.  Lean  manufacturing,  6  sigma  and  other  methodologies;　5.Experience  with  forging,  project  management,  tooling  design  or  forging  will  be  preferred;  5.Good  trouble  shooting  capabilities;  6.Team  player,  proactive  and  self-starting;  7.Good  knowledge  of  Microsoft  office  and  AutoCAD;  8.Proficient  in  reading  and  writing  English.  Responsibilities:1,  Provide  technical  support  to  production  with  particular  emphasis  on  the  mechanical  and  engineering  aspects  so  that  they  are  able  to  achieve  their  objectives;  2,  Both  for  equipment  maintenance  and  upgrades  as  well  product  manufacturing;  3,  Determine  the  manufacturing  route  and  process  parameters  for  new  parts,  taking  into  account  both  the  technical  and  business  implications,  in  order  to  improve  the  efficiency  of  the  process;  4,  Design  and  oversee  the  manufacture  of  new  tooling  required  for  the  production  of  new  products;  5,  Launch  trials  to  qualify  these  parts,  monitor  results  and  make  improvements  when  necessary  to  
ing  parts  into  full  production  with  minimum  lead  times;  6,  Measure,  understand  and  improve  the  capabilities  of  production  equipment  so  that  process  efficiency  can  be  improved;  7,  Improve  material  yield,  rework  rate,  scrap  rate  and  introduce  new  processes  to  reduce  cost;  8,  Come  up  with  new  designs  or  modifications  to  equipment  when  necessary  to  reduce  cost  and/or  improve  process  efficiency;  9,  Record  and  analyze  the  results  of  trials  and  production  to  produce  documented  standard  processes  for  each  material  and  product  type  so  that  engineering  of  related  parts  can  be  done  on  a  systematic  basis;  10,  Provide  technical  support  to  production  with  particular  emphasis  on  the  mechanical  and  engineering  aspects  so  that  they  are  able  to  achieve  their  objectives;  11,Maintain  and  update  customer  part  information  data;  Create  Engineering  Masters  for  trials  and  production;  12,  Other  tasks  assigned  by  Engineering  Manager.
