职位描述(Job  Descriptions)：
1.Check  the  products'BOM  and  drawings,  analyze  and  support  to  solve  the  technical  problems  of  the  production  line,  find  root  cause.

2.Technical  supporting  for  production,  trouble  shooting  on  site,  technical  direction  for  assembling  operators

3.Create  assembly  working  instructions  and  related  documents,  training  the  operators

4.Optimize  production  layout  to  improve  and  reduce  the  production  cost  and  time

5.Designing  or  applying  production  tools  and  jigs

6.Responsible  for  the  new  product  input  project  management

7.Coach  and  mentor  teams  to  plan,  and  implement  problem  solving,  metrics,  standard  work,  An-don,  Kanban,  5S,  Kaizen,  FMEA  and  Structured  Projects.

8.Take  ownership  of  continuous  improvements  and  lean  projects  activity.

9.Must  be  skilled  at  problem  resolutions.  Have  sense  of  urgency  “do  it  now”  mentality.

职位要求(Job  Requirements)：
1.At  least  5  years  related  position  working  experience

2.Bachelor’s  degree  or  above  in  electrical  and  mechanical

3.Good  command  of  English  on  listening,  speaking,  reading  and  writing

4.Good  command  of  PC  operating,  especially  in  Microsoft  office

5.Knowledge  on  production  line  control  and  problem  solving  skills,  such  as  FMEA,  8D,  PDCA

6.Be  familiar  with  the  assembly  process

7.Six  Sigma/Lean  certification  or  training  preferred

8.Ability  to  define  problems,  collect  data,  establish  facts,  and  implement  solutions.
