Graduate  of  technical  school  or  above  in  welding,  sheet  metal  or  mechanic
技校或以上焊接,  板金或机械专业毕业
Minimum  of  2  years  of  related  experience  具有2年以上相关工作经验。有喷漆经验者优先
1.  Prepare  tools  and  set-up  pre-assembly  fixture,  fit,  EDM,  beading,  deburr,  drill,  flare  and  clean  parts  for  pre-assembly
准备装配工具和夹具,  修配,  线切割,  滚波,  去
毛刺，  钻孔，翻边和清洗零件
2.  Abide  the  assignment  of  production  coordination
服从生产协调安排
3.  Follow  shop  order  requirements  and  complete  scheduled  daily  production
按计划完成每日生产,  满足车间生产指令要求
4.  Pre-assembly  parts  per  MOT  and  work  instructions  to  meet  welding  quality  requirement
按MOT和操作操作指导书装配零件,  以符合焊接质量要求
5.  Monitor  production  processes  and  make  adjustments  as  required  to  produce  quality  parts
监控生产过程并按需调整以生产出符合质量要求的产品
6.  Work  with  Quality  Assurance  Department  to  reduce  cost  of  producing  quality  parts  with  quality  control
与质量部协作控制产品质量,  降低质量成本
7.  Work  with  engineers  to  reduce  the  time  and  cost  to  bring  new  parts  into  production
与工程师协作,  降低新产品的生产时间和成本
8.  Monitor  and  perform  maintenance  on  pre-assembly  equipment,  tooling  and  fixture
监控和维护装配设备，工具和夹具
9.  Work  in  other  work  station  in  order  to  level  work  loads

10.  Operate  machines  in  a  safe  manner  per  Health,  Safety,  and  Environmental  Policy

11.  Maintain  work  area  in  an  extremely  clean  and  orderly  manner
