Responsibility:  
1.  Requirement  Analysis  
-  Interprets  customer  functional  expectations  and  defines  product  requirements  for  future  development  activities  
2.  Design,  Integration  and  Performance  
-  Key  components  selection,  concept  design  analysis  and  schematic  creation  according  to  customer  requirements  
-  Performs  electronic  hardware  design,  review  and  verification  for  various  infotainment  and  telemetric  unit  design,  RF  circuits,  high  speed,  switching  power  supplier,  audio  and  video,  EMC,  vehicle  bus/aviation  interfaces,  etc.  
-  Identifies  product  requirement  or  performance  issues;  works  with  Program  Manager  and  design  team  to  negotiate  resolution  (method  to  resolve  issue  or  change  to  specification  with  customer)  
-  Provides  technical  support  and  guidance  for  the  resolution  of  various  customer  and  interdepartmental  needs  on  an  as  required  basis  
3.  System  Coordination  and  Documentation  
-  Coordinates  project  transition  into  manufacturing  with  representative  team  members  from  other  functions  
-  Develops,  implements  and  documents  technical  direction  for  future  infotainment  aviation  unit  product  developments  
-  Recommends  process  or  techniques  to  enhance  departmental  continuous  improvement  efforts  
4.  Supervision  
-  Supervise  team  members  when  required  
-  Contribute  to  budget  and  resource  planning  
-  Active  role  in  staff  training  

Requriement:  
1.  Education:Bachelor  degree  or  above,Advanced  Electronics  Engineering  degree  preferred  
2.Expericence:5+  years  of  professional  experience  in  digital/analog  electronic  product  development  experience  
Multi-media  systems  industry  background  highly  desirable  
3.  Working  Knowledge:  Expert  in  Analog  (monolithic  and  discrete  linear  amplifiers,  switching  power  supplier,  filters,  etc.),  digital  hardware  design  (DSP,  microcontrollers,  flash  memory,  DRAM,  FPGA,  EMC/EMI,  etc.)  and  audio/video  circuits  
-Expert  in  AP  circuit  preferred  
-Expert  in  Tuner  design  preferred  
Experience  in  development  tools  (Mentor  Graphics  Design  Capture)  desired  aviation/automotive  industry  or  other  CAAC/FAA/EASA  compliant  work  experience  desired  
Experiences  in  aviation/automotive  bus  systems  and  measurement  
Experience  in  optimization  of  HW  -  Module  in  a  real-time,  embedded,  multi-processor,  multi-interface  environment  
Experiences  in  Microsoft  Office  Products  (Project,  Word,  Excel)  
Excellent  English  (fluent  in  spoken  and  written)
