职位描述(Job  Descriptions)：
Integrate  Boeing  PMBP  training  and  BTC  actual  culture  to  set  up  BTC  program  management  policies  and  SOP

Work  Transfer  studies  and  responses  –  Requests  for  Quote  (RFQ’s)  and  Requests  for  Information  (RFI’s)

New  program  implementations  and  existing  programs  management

Management  of  all  Boeing  Rate  Studies,  Program  Directives  and  Program  Readiness  Assessments

Document  and  deploy  a  change  management  process.  Manage  baselines  as  an  integrated  set,  which  includes  examining  change  impacts  across  all  baselines.  Use  change  management  metrics  to  evaluate  performance  and  identify  areas  for  improvement

In  order  to  have  a  highly  functioning  and  disciplined  organization  overseeing  the  daily  responsibilities  and  detailed  aspects  of  Program  Management  on  behalf  of  the  BTC  Leadership  Team

Assign  work  and  balance  workloads  between  employees

Oversee  the  development,  and  improvement,  of  Program  Management  processes  and  practice

Lead  the  development  of  annual  Business  Goals  and  Objectives

Represent  Leadership  policy  and  direction  in  meetings  with  customers,  suppliers  and/or  other  external  entities

In  order  to  improve  the  efficiency  of  subordinate  employees,  performance  and  achieve  personal  career  goals,  guiding  their  skills  and  methods  in  daily  work,  providing  training  to  enhance  their  professional  knowledge

Other  duties  or  projects  as  assigned  and  required

职位要求(Job  Requirements)：
Bachelor’s  degree  and  10+  years  related  work  experience,  or  equivalent  combination  of  education  and  work  experience

Comprehensive  knowledge  of  program  management  principles  and  practices,  demonstrated  expertise  and  success  in  Program  Management

Familiar  with  all  functions  of  a  production  system  including  Finance,  supplier  management,  contracts  and  production  scheduling.　Hands  on  experience  of  every  function  is  not  required,  but  thorough  understanding  of  all  functions  and  how  they  work  together  is  highly  desirable.　

Extensive  knowledge  of  business  systems,  quality  management  system,  policies  and  procedures

Comprehensive,  demonstrated  understanding  of  Composite  manufacturing  processes

Demonstrated  understanding  of  technical  process  requirements,  part  and  process  qualification  requirements  and  processes

Demonstrated  understanding  of  financial  processes,  estimating  and  business  case  development  practices

Demonstrated  skills  in  working  with  people  to  achieve  results

Have  excellent  written  and  oral  English  skills.
