职位描述
Responsibilities:Responsible for ensuring revenue targets, including labor hour sales through sales of services, internal repairs, material trading to Airline Operators.
Develop and execute to strategic plan for key fleet operators.
Support Customer Service & Perception Management process is applied. Ensure opportunities are identified and facilitated through constant customer interactions, seminars, customer visits, trade shows and events.
Responsible for customer strategy execution, forecast/demand input to Sales Forecast Plan, pricing recommendations, & competitive intelligence feedback.
Daily engagement with senior management at Airline customer(s) as well as frequent briefings to STARCO senior leadership.
Qualifications.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Aviation with 3 years of Sales/Marketing or customer services experiences. Airline or MRO experiences are preferred.
Demonstrated ability to monitor the market position of competing products, services, and organizations and evaluates marketing and sales techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Excellent collaboration, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Ability to work independently and within a team; Level of comfort with change; adaptable and flexible; Ability to anticipate and skillfully manage through challenges.
Bachelor`s degree(Industry equivalent qualification plus demonstrated experience in sales considered).
Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Monitors the market position of competing products, services, and organizations and evaluates marketing and sales techniques.
Responsible for collecting payment.
Additional Qualifications:
Dual language, Russian & English are preferred.
Good understanding of technology marketing, strategic planning, business and market development, customer & product marketing.
Highly self-motivated.
Assumes ownership and accountability for areas of responsibility.
Outstanding organizational skills with ability to prioritize.
Committed to travel 50%.
