Responsibilities:

1.  Production  &  Operation  Management

Lead  the  MES  (Mobile  Engine  Service)  production  team  in  carrying  out  engine  maintenance  tasks  through  effective  team  and  process  management,  gap  identification  and  correction,  tooling,  equipment  and  material  provisioning,  and  close  collaboration  with  related  departments.  Ensure  compliance  with  internal  and  external  standards  and  regulations  (e.g.,  CAAC,  EASA,  FAA,  etc.),  as  well  as  safety,  quality,  cost,  and  turnaround  targets.

Monitor  short-  to  mid-term  capacity  demand  and  availability,  and  take  necessary  actions  to  improve  productivity,  mitigate  risks,  and  maintain  stability.

Drive  continuous  improvement  in  production  to  achieve  operational  excellence.

2.  Tooling  &  Material  Management

Own  the  full-cycle  process  of  obtaining  tooling  and  materials  for  production  events  from  global  MES,  and  ensure  regulatory  compliance  for  their  usage  during  these  events.

Oversee  the  physical  and  systematic  management  of  tooling  and  materials;  drive  improvement  initiatives  together  with  Production,  EOC,  Engineering,  and  global  network  partners  to  ensure  compliance  with  internal  and  external  regulations  and  standards  (e.g.,  CAAC,  EASA,  FAA,  company  policies,  and  other  related  regulations).

3.  Team  Leadership  &  Development

Foster  a  collaborative,  high-performance  culture  and  ensure  seamless  cooperation  across  teams.

Demonstrate  multi-layered  leadership  by  continuously  observing  and  optimizing  the  organizational  setup,  defining  clear  responsibilities  and  performance  targets,  monitoring  and  improving  progress,  providing  coaching,  and  empowering  subordinates  or  team  members.

Contribute  to  business  development  plans  and  implement  them  within  the  production  area  by  participating  in  strategic  planning  for  future  growth,  collaborating  with  relevant  local  and  network  functions  on  recruitment,  training,  acquiring  necessary  tooling  and  equipment,  and  arranging  facilities,  etc.

4.  Network  Collaboration

Cooperate  with  global  network  and  obtain  support  as  needed  to  fulfill  the  above  responsibilities.

Actively  participate  in  and  contribute  to  global  MES  network  collaborations  in  the  establishment  and  implementation  of  standards,  processes,  new  products,  etc.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s  degree  in  Aviation  Engineering,  Mechanical  Engineering,  Operations  Management,  or  a  related  field  is  required；

8–10  years  of  aviation  MRO  experience  (including  3–5  years  in  a  leadership  role  managing  multiple  teams)；

Strong  expertise  in  production  operations,  tooling  and  material  management,  and  continuous  improvement；

Strong  leadership  skills  &  the  ability  to  motivate  the  team  and  achieve  excellent  production  results；

Proficient  in  both  English  and  Chinese.
