Key  Responsibilities:

To  assist  and  support  the  production  teams  ensuring  all  support  equipment，  tooling，  test  rigs  are  maintained  in  a  serviceable  condition  and  satisfy  the  requirements  of  the  relevant  regulatory  authorities.
Responsibilities:

Responsible  for  provide  maintenance  guidance  for  all  support  equipment，  tooling，  test  rigs:
Compile  and  update  the  maintenance  log；  on  spot  trouble-shooting；  modify  &  upgrade  the  equipment；  analyse，  purchase  and  store  the  spare  parts；  setup  the  new  equipment.
Maintain  the  chiller，  cleaning  and  compressor  system  and  other  equipments  ensuring  they  are  maintained  in  a  serviceable  condition  to  meet  the  operation  requirements.
If  tasked，  lead  troubleshooting  for  products  being  repaired，  overhauled  at  the  facility.
Take  the  lead  of  new  capabilities  set  up  including  design  and  develop  the  new  capabilities；  prepare  the  quotations，  budgets，  setup  new  production  flow  lines  etc.  for  the  equipments  of  new  projects.
Physically  involve  in  the  engineering  investigation  process.
Investigate  and  analyze  the  performance  and  reliability  of  the  components.  Perform  investigation  and  compile  the  defect  investigation  reports  on  warranty  components.  Coordinate  with  warranty  board  for  warranty  resolution.
Evaluate  service  bulletin  originated  from  OEM  and  compile  the  engineering  instructions，  Technical  Supplement，  develop  and  maintenance  of  planning  documentation.
Deliver  technical  training  to  production  personnel.
Liaise  with  the  OEMs  &  customers  of  the  components  on  engineering  and  technical  matters  where  necessary.
Provide  technical  support  and  advice  to  workshop  personnel  on  the  repair  and  overhaul  of  the  components.
Implement  new  repair  schemes  and  provide  necessary  instructions  to  production  team.
Responsible  for  products  tooling  purchasing，  control  and  improvement.  If  applicable，  coordinate  with  OEM  in  terms  of  tooling  alternative  approval  and/or  modification.
Carry  out  the  duties  of  final  inspection  and  release  as  approved  by  the  Quality  Department.
Improve  production  processes  through  continues  improve.
Ensure  effective  implementation  of  EHS  policies.
Any  other  duties  that  may  be  required.
Job  Specification:

Bachelor  or  above，  majored  in  associated  field.
5＋  years  experienced  in  aviation  industry  is  preferred.
Have  experience  in  project  management.
Excellent  negotiation  and  communication  skill.
Fluent  in  read，  spoken  and  written  English.
Computer  literate.
