Manager - Customer Service
职位描述
The job:Build and manage a high performing customer service team
Ensure implementation, update and adherence regarding Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Build strong customer satisfaction through quick response time, honest and qualified responses and proactive flagging of issues
Inspire, manage and develop all direct reports
Manage workforce resource utilization
Reward and motivate high performance and address poor performance
Conduct appraisals for all direct reports and ensure drill-down within own area of responsibility
Understand customer needs and leverage data to support data to support new levels of customer loyalty, internal efficiency and profitability
Ensure well linked processes in collaboration with Global Sales and Global Supply Chain
What it takes:
Degree in Business with strong knowledge about the customer service discipline
At least 5 years proven leadership in managing a customer service operation
Strong business acumen, including strategic thinking
Hands-on ERP or SAP experience preferred
Strong communications including written, presentation and problem solving skills
Ability to balance day-to-day operations with continuous transformation
Ability to converse in English
High level of energy and persistence and can do attitude
A background in the aerospace industry would be desirable
