Main  Responsibility

Constitute  the  Budget  system,  provide  the  budget  timely.
Organize  the  Financial  Analyse.  Ensure  timely  submit  the  accurate  financial  statements,  incl.  Balance  Sheet,  P&L  and  Cash  flow.
Give  accurate  date  and  advise  to  assist  control  the  product  costing  of  company.
To  manage  the  cash  flow  and  advise  management  on  appropriate  actions  to  minimize  working  capital.
To  liaise  with  Banks,  external  or  internal  (parent  company)  auditors,  tax  authorities,  Government  authorities  etc.
Responsible  for  full  accounting  functions:  AP/AR,  bank  reconciliation,  monitoring  of  fixed  assets.
Other  financial  works  such  as  Kingdee  (ERP  system)  operation  etc.




Job  Qualifications

Bachelor  degree  or  above  and  major  in  accounting,  finance;
At  least  5  years  relevant  experience  in  a  managerial  role  and  strong  ability  in  data  analysis
Good  command  of  computer  skills,  familiarity  of  Kingdee  or  other  similar  Financial  system
Full  competent  in  written  and  spoken  English  
The  good  ability  of  communication.
Must  be  well  versed  with  local  accounting  practices
Have  experience  in  costing  and  debt  collection  
Has  strong  understanding  of  product  costing
Information  Technology  Skills.  Familiar  with  Finance  /  Accounting  software  will  be  necessary.  Conversant  in  application  of  Microsoft  Office,  Versed  in  Kingdee  system  knowledge  will  be  definitely  a  advantage
