Select  supplier  for  tools  sourcing,  qualification:
刀具供应商选择和认证；
Prepare  the  raw  materials  from  the  suppliers  the  customers  order.
从客户指定的供应商处采购毛料。
Company  machines  type  selecting,  supplier  qualification,  buying,  and  installation.  
公司大型设备选型，供应商选择，采购，运输和安装；
Prepares  RFQ  packages  and  collects  competitive  quotes  from  multiple  suppliers.  
根据项目进行报价，并提供有竞争力的报价；
Ensure  payment  terms  and  other  contract  arrangements  set  with  suppliers  are  in  line  with  purchasing  policy  and  procedures
确保所有的采购都能够按照公司的采购政策和程序进行；
Provide  timely  financial  data  on  purchasing  price,  material  and  service  costs  in  line  with  financial  reporting  requirements.
根据财务部门的需求，按照时间准备采购的财务数据，包括毛料和服务成本；
Factory  infrastructure  build  and  maintenance
工厂基础设施的维护和建设；
Manage  the  warehouse  of  material,  tools  and  products  according  to  the  company  procedures.
按照公司的程序管理毛料库房，刀具库房和成品库房；
Responsible  for  company  machines  maintenance  
负责公司机器设备的维修和保养；
Prepare  the  audit  of  the  customers准备客户的审核；
Work  with  relevant  department,  such  as  QA,  Production,  ect.  to  solve  problems.
同相关部门协同工作，包括质量，生产等，协同解决问题。

Requirements:
Relevant  degree  with  engineer  background  (Bachelor  above)  
大学本科以上工程相关专业；
8  years  above  in  mechanical  procurement  engineer;  5  years  management      
8年以上机械采购相关工作经验，5年以上管理经验；
Expert  in  aerospace  raw  material,  tooling  and  machines  in  mechanical  area；  
熟悉航空领域毛料，刀具和设备；
Excellent  negotiation  and  communication  skills;
优秀的谈判和沟通能力；
Good  commercial  sense,  with  strong  send  on  cost  controlling  is  preferred;
良好商业触感，在成本控制方面必须具有强烈的意识；
Strong  sense  for  procedures  following,  good  business  ethic  and  integrity  with  basic  legal  knowledge
在工作中能够强烈遵守程序和制度；良好的职业道德和正直；
Familiar  with  KANBAN  System
熟悉看板的使用；
English  as  working  language    英语可作为工作语言。
