Work  with  employees,  contractors  and  local  officials  to  ensure  appropriate  procedures  and  permits  are  in  place  and  current.  与员工，转包商和当地政府共同工作，确保程序和许可都是适当执行的。
Responsible  for  HSE  system‘s  planning,  building,  implementing  and  maintenance.负责HSE体系的策划、建立、实施及维护。  
Maintain  all  required  HSE  records  and  documents  in  accordance  with  regulatory  and  internal  requirements.根据法律法规和内部规定，保存所有的相关记录和文件
Create  and  modify  procedures,  training  implement  forms  and  instructions  to  ensure  the  HSE  system  validation.程序和制度，表格和工作指导的撰写和修改，负责培训的实施，从而保证体系的有效运行。
Assist  in  preparing  and  submitting  applications  and  renewals  for  regulatory  permits  and  licenses.协助准备，提交和更新相关的批准和证照。
Work  with  HR  department  to  deal  with  accidents  issue,  make  sure  the  continuous  decreasing  of  potential  work  environment  risk.    与人力资源部门共同处理危险伤害，持续改进以降低潜在的工作风险。
Audit  by  management,  and  insure  meet  the  HSE  goal  of  the  year.接受管理层的审核，确保每年HSE目标达到。
Requirements  
Bachelor  Degree  in  relevant  disciplines本科学历并接受过相关的HSE培训
Has  working  experience  related  to  equipment,people,products  safety  system  management  area;  有设备，人员，产品安全相关体系管理相关工作经验；
Aerospace  industry  is  a  plus;  从事航空业者优先考虑；
Have  internal/external  audit  working  experience  in  HSE;  在HSE领域具备参与内审和外审的相关工作经验；
Familiarize  with  the  aerospace  product  and  manufacturing  process;了解航空产品和制造过程；
Understand  of  AS9100  了解AS9100相关知识；
Well  organization,  coordination  and  communication  ability;  良好的组织、协调及沟通能力；
Dedication,  teamwork  and  solving  problem  ability;  良好的敬业精神，具有团队协作及解决问题的能力；
Be  good  at  using  Office  Software熟练使用OFFICE软件；
English  as  working  language  英语可作为工作语言。
