Main  Duties

Assist  Engineers  in  managing  the  aircraft  maintenance  and  related  services  by  properly  deploying  Mechanics,  equipment,  tools  and  other  resources
Supervise  tasks  performed  by  Mechanics
Ensure  all  tasks  performed  with  reference  to  relevant  and  valid  maintenance  data  and  in  compliance  with  manuals  or  procedures  given  by  the  customers/airlines  and  the  Company
Identify  and  rectify  aircraft  defects  and  problems
Study  and  analyse  technical  procedures,  manuals  and  publications
Establish  and  maintain  good  business  relationship  with  customers/airlines
Requirements

At  least  8  years  aircraft  maintenance  experience  including  3  years  team  leading  experience  in  line  or  base  maintenance
Good  spoken  and  written  English  and  Chinese  (Cantonese  and  Putonghua)
Require  shift  duties  on  roster  basis
With  less  aircraft  maintenance  experience  will  be  considered  as  Senior  Mechanic
