Main  Duties

Develop,  deliver  and  monitor  training  programs  on  aircraft  maintenance
Conduct  training  needs  analysis  and  evaluation
Responsible  for  training  documentation  revision  and  updating
Assist  in  co-ordination,  training  administration  and  sourcing  suitable  aircraft  maintenance  training  programs
To  fulfil  operation  needs,  occasionally  required  to  handle  aircraft  maintenance  and  related  jobs  in  accordance  with  proper  approval  and  authority  granted  by  regulatory  authorities  and  the  Company
Requirements

Higher  Diploma  in  Aeronautics,  Mechanical  Engineering  or  other  relevant  subjects
Aircraft  maintenance  license  holder  plus  3  years  practical  experience  in  aircraft  maintenance  is  preferable
Previous  recognized  training  in  Airbus/Boeing  fleet  meeting  ATA104  Level  3  standard
Minimum  2  years  teaching  experience  in  aircraft  maintenance  subjects
Good  spoken  and  written  English  and  Chinese  (Cantonese  and  Putonghua)
Excellent  communication  and  presentation  skills
Candidate  with  more  experience  and  aircraft  type  approvals  will  be  considered  a  higher  position
