Responsibility  岗位职责：
Manage  the  effective  working  relationships  between  Quality,  MEng,  Team  Leaders,  Operators,  Master  Scheduling,  Planning  and  Logistics  personnel.
Plan,  organize  and  control  work  within  the  Team  to  achieve  organizational  goals  set  by  the  Management  Team.
Assist  in  managing  the  development  of  the  operators  within  the  Team.
Manage  the  performance  of  the  Team  and  co-ordinate  performance  management  (KPI’S)  in  relation  to  Quality,  Cost  and  Schedule.
Assist  in  delivering  and  co-ordinate  on  the  job  training  for  Team  members.
Act  as  coach  and  facilitator  to  Team  in  relation  to  Team  personnel  development.
Continuous  review  of  current  work  practices  to  remove  non-value  adding  activities.
Organize  all  the  IPT  members  to  build  the  team  work  effectively,  and  communicate  the  ideas  &  spirits  between  employees  and  company,  mobilize  the  moral  of  employees.
Personal  requirement职位要求：
University  or  above；
5  years  work  experience  in  relative  field；
Strong  responsibility；
Effective  organizing  skills；
Performance  driven  skills；
Good  communication  skills.
English  communication  skills  speak  and  write.
