岗位职责:
1.遵守公司的质量方针、手册、程序和各种指导书；对自己的工作质量负责；正视任何质量问题、报告错误并对职责范围内的任何失误采取预防或纠正措施；进行持续的质量改进。
Comply  with  quality  policy,  manual,  procedure  and  all  kinds  of  working  instruction.  Take  responsibility  for  the  quality  of  the  work  done  by  yourself.  Be  open  for  any  quality  mistakes,  report  errors  and  take  preventive  or  corrective  actions  for  any  mistakes  in  your  area  of  responsibility.  Contribute  to  continuous  quality  improvement.
2.  优化和实施公司的安全行动包括政策，流程和监督方法的改进。收集、整理国家安全生产、环保和职业健康相关法规政策，管理和分析安全环保目标和运行与法律法规的一致性。实施SHE执行计划，保证职业健康管理体系规定按照EH01手册程序执行，保证SHE的政策和方针被全部传达。
Develop  and  optimize  the  internal  S.H.E  activities  by  e.g.  making  procedures,  programs,  check  list,  monitor  and  Grasp  the  updating  of  laws  and  regulations  related  to  environment  and  safety  management  on  time.  Measure  the  safety  /Environment  targets  /  operations  comply  with  law  legal  or  regulation  ,company  industry  OHSE    requirement.
Implementing  the  SHE  project  plan  (ensuring  the  principles  of  OHSAS18001  are  implemented  according  to  the  EH01  handbook  procedures  designed  in  FE-NL)  and  ensuring  the  overall  delivery  of  the  SHE  Strategy  &  Policy.  3.  与相关部门协商进行公司安全隐患的评估、监控，管理和控制。建立、执行公司常规职业健康安全巡查。制定正确的预防措施。保证SHE体系管理控制的有效性
Conduct  factory  risk/hazard  assessment,  monitoring  and  control  in  consultation  with  relevant  parties/authorities;  Set  up,  implement  and  conduct  regular  factory  OHS&E,  inspection;  Implement  appropriate  corrective  and  preventive  action.  Ensuring,  managing  and  controlling  that  the  SHE  structure  is  being  effected.
4.  提供安全生产方面的培训，推动特种作业许可证及其他外部培训进行。发展、执行、强化安全、环保、健康方面的法律规定和职责的培训程序。进行公司间沟通和警示，向相关部门传达与SHE方面的信息
Provide  safety  related  training,  drive  special  certificate  training,  organize  external  training  and  so  on;  Develop  and  implement  /  enhance  a  program  of  training  of  safety,  health  &  environmental  legislation  and  obligations.  Company  communication  &  Awareness
Passing  on  information  relating  to  SHE  to  all  parties  involved.
5.  进行事故调查，并采取相应的预防纠正措施
Conduct  incident  investigation  and  implement  corrective  preventative  action  plans  accordingly;
6.  与当地政府部门保持良好的关系，向相关管理部门提供事故报告
Liaison  with  Government,  build  and  maintain  good  relationship  with  them.  Providing  incident  reports  to  the  relevant  enforcing  authority.

8.  记录并向MT汇报。每月向人事主管及管理层汇报进展，向管理层提供每年二次进展回顾。辅助进行SHE项目计划，包括安全健康环保的相关指标数据（包括KPI汇报）
Record  and  report  to  MT；Generating  progress  reports  for  the  Human  Resources  and  the  Management  Team  FE-CN  at  monthly  interval.  Undertake  a  performance  review  meeting  with  the  Management  Team  FE-CN  on  bi-annual  interval  respectively,  highlighting  implementation  and  progress  of  the  SHE  project  plan  and  including  data  on  the  Group’s  safety,  health  &  environmental  performance  standards  for  the  relevant  period  (including  kpi  reporting).

a)  Participate  and  support  Lean  activities  actively,  proactively  looking  for  improvements,  willing  to  share  and  extend  improvement  achievements.
b)  Promote  a  good  environment  and  atmosphere  of  lean  improvement  and  6S
10.  执行安全方针和政策，使之符合安全管理体系。包括：
a)积极参与公司的各项安全活动。
b)报告各种危害和不安全的行为。
c)营造和共建积极的安全文化氛围。
Adhere  to  Safety  procedure  and  policies  in  accordance  with  safety  management  system.  Including:
a)  Active  participation  and  contribution  to  specific  safety  initiatives  in  meetings.
b)  Report  all  hazardous  and  unsafe  acts.
c)  Actively  promote  positive  safety  culture.
11.  公司代表安排的其他工作。
Any  other  duties  as  assigned  by  the  company  representatives.
任职资格:
1.  大本及以上学历
Bachelor  degree  or  above;
2.  至少3年以上安全管理工作，具备注册安全工程师证书者优先
Minimum  3  years  experience  working  in  safety,  Priority  will  be  having  registered  safety  engineer  certificate  3.  具备丰富的安全法律法规
Knowledge  and  experience  with  safety  laws  and  regulations;
4.  良好的英语口语和书面
Good  English  writing  and  speaking  capability;
熟悉办公软件
Familiar  with  MS  Office  and  basic  IT  tools;
良好的沟通能力和分析能力
Strong  Interpersonal  skills  /  Analytic  capability;
