Contracts Administrator
职位描述
Job Description:The Sales Contract Administrator is responsible for managing the execution of Long-Term Agreements
(LTAs), coordinating customer delivery requirements, and maintaining effective communication with customers
regarding production schedules, forecasts, and order fulfillment. This role serves as a key liaison between
customers and internal departments to ensure contractual commitments are met and delivery performance
targets are achieved.
Essential Functions (not limited to):
Manage and monitor the execution of Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) and customer contracts.
Review contract requirements and ensure compliance with agreed terms and delivery schedules.
Maintain accurate contract records and supporting documentation. Monitor contract lifecycle, including
amendments, renewals, and closures
Support the coordination of customer programmes, ensuring orders, schedules, and commitments are
tracked and delivered on time
Act as the primary point of contact for routine customer communications regarding delivery status,
open orders, and production requirements.
Maintain regular communication with customer procurement, planning, and supply chain teams.
Review customer forecasts and production plans on a regular basis.
Analysis demand fluctuations and communicate changes to internal stakeholders.
Monitor forecast accuracy and identify potential supply risks.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide updates on order fulfilment.
Work closely with Sales, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to resolve delivery issues and
support customer requirements.
Participate in customer review meetings and internal planning discussions.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to contract management and customer service.
Education and Experience:
Experience in contract administration, sales support, or customer programme coordination
Strong attention to detail and focus on data accuracy
Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
Good understanding of commercial and customer service processes
Strong organisational and coordination skills
Effective communication and stakeholder management
Experience in aerospace, industrial distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain environments is preferred.
Fluent in English and Mandarin is preferred.
