　　  Premium  Aircraft  Interiors  Group  (PAIG)  is  a  British  based,  private  company,  funded  by  The  Royal  Bank  of  Scotland,  one  of  the  Worlds  largest  banks.
　　  PAIG  can  trace  its  history  back  to  1935  when  a  company  named  L.A.Rumbold  started  making  and  repairing  aircraft  seats  in  London,  England.  In  1965  this  company  was  sold  and  has  stayed  under  the  same  ownership  up  to  the  present  time.  Rumbold  extended  its  product  range  to  include  galleys,  electrical  galley  inserts,  lavatories  and  other  interior  monuments  in  1979,  through  the  1980’s  and  90’s.
　　  During  the  1990’s  the  company  expanded  by  acquiring  several  leading  aircraft  interior  companies;  Sell  and  Dasell  （50%  ownership,  PAIG  management  control）in  Germany  and  Contour  Seating  in  the  UK.  Heath  Tecna  in  the  USA  joined  the  Group  in  2001.
　　  Today,  PAIG  operate  in  6  different  countries  out  of  10  facilities  with  2251  employees.  We  are  a  leading  supplier  of  aircraft  interior  equipment  and  services  to  the  World’s  major  airlines  and  aircraft  interior  equipment  and  services  to  the  World’s  major  airlines  and  aircraft  manufacturers.  Turnover  of  the  group  in  2004  was  $390M.
　　  Contour  is  the  leading  supplier  of  premium  seating,  with  an  envious  reputation  for  innovative  and  creative  products.  Contour  is  based  in  the  U.K.
　　  Sell  are  the  World’s  number  one  provider  of  galleys  and  also  supply  galley  insert  equipment  such  as  ovens,  coffee  makers  and  water  boilers.  They  are  also  responsible  for  sales  and  in-service  support  for  the  range  of  similar  galley  insert  equipment  originally  provided  by  Rumbold.  Sell  nave  their  factory  in  Herborn,  near  Frankfurt,  Germany  where  they  have  been  based  since  commencement  of  business  in  1955.
　　  The  Dasell  facility  is  adjacent  to  Airbus  in  Hamburg,  Germany  and  commenced  business  in  1993,  producing  all  lavatory  modules  for  all  Airbus  aircraft  as  well  as  other  interior  monuments  such  as  closets,  doghouses  etc.
　　  Heath  Tecna  has  facilities  in  Bellingham,  Washington,  U.S.A,  in  the  U.K.  and  a  product  support  facility  in  Australia,  serving  airlines  in  that  region.
　　  Heath  Tecna  is  a  major  provider  of  integration  services  (engineering  of  aircraft  modifications  for  reconfigurations  etc.)  As  well  as  being  a  leading  supplier  of  interior  components  such  as  sidewalls,  overhead  bins  and  ceiling  panels.
