职位职责和职位要求(Job  Responsibilities  &  Requirements)：    
●  Coordinate  structural  substantiation  and  ensure  required  structural  analysis  is  performed  to  comply  with  applicable  air  worthiness  standards.  Coordinate  with  aircraft  certification  department  and  associated  personnel.
●  Research  aircraft  configuration  to  ensure  necessary  stress  analysis  is  performed.
●  Must  have  thorough  understanding  of  load  paths,  stability  of  structure,  and  aircraft  structural  behavior.  Must  be  proficient  with  both  classical  and  numerical  (Finite  Element)  analysis  methods.
●  Development,  management  and  rigorous  application  of  governing  procedures  and  processes.
●  Participate  in  task  planning,  schedule  development,  arranging  and  reviewing  others  activities.
●  Will  support  program  leadership  and  management  in  a  variety  of  other  assignments  as  required  to  accomplish  Team  objectives.
●  Position  will  demand  development  of,  and/or  presentations  to  peers,  upper  management,  internal/external  and  international  customers.

Essential  Requirements  to  Perform  Job:
●  Bachelor  degree  in  applicable  engineering  discipline,  or  equivalent  experience  required
●  Preferred  15  years  aircraft  stress  analysis  experience
●  Experience  with  finite  element  modeling  (NASTRAN  for  Windows  a  plus)  and  hand  calculation  methods
●  Experience  in  writing  stress  documentation  and  specifications  to  FAA  standards
●  Proven  leadership,  teamwork,  organizational  and  communication  skills
●  Basic  CAD  skills
●  PC  literate  in  Word  and  Excel  (MathCad  a  plus).
●  Excellent  in  English  communication,  both  spoken  and  written.
●  Lifting  requirement:  30  lb
