职位职责和职位要求(Job  Responsibilities  &  Requirements)：    
●  Lead  team  of  Engineers:  Monitor  and  approve  week  time  keeping  of  engineering  team  (Unitime);  Direct  work  flow  to  engineering  staff;  Assist  Manager  with  Staff  Selection  /  Development;  Assist  with  Personnel  Matters;  Assist  with  IPMD
●  Ensures  all  technical  requirements  are  complete  and  accurate.
●  Review  all  mechanical  engineering  data  to  be  presented  to  customer.
●  Responsible  for  drawing  approvals,  and/or  delegation  of  approval  authority.
●  Lead  internal  design  reviews  and/or  delegate  responsibility.  
●  Coordination  between  other  functional  groups,  internal  customers  and  vendors  as  required  and/or  delegate  responsibility.
●  Review  task  schedule  and  budget  with  Design  Manager.
●  Maintain/review  Drawing  Release  Schedules  in  the  Engineering  Task  Database.
●  Provide  labor  estimates  and  review  RFQ’s,  as  requested.
●  Review  program  cost-to-complete  and  provide  input  as  required.
●  Promote  design  standards.
●  Instill/reinforce  engineering  disciplines  to  reduce  form/fit/function  errors.
●  Engage  methods  to  reduce  lead  time/costs  of  products.
●  Travel  as  required  to  support  program  requirements  
●  Support  Customer  meetings  as  required.
●  Request  and  review  third  party  data  for  integration  as  applicable.
●  Provide  technical  support/advice  for  aircraft  embodiment.
●  Responsible  to  establish  back-up  focal  to  maintain  program  continuity  in  case  of  absence.
●  Promote  DBT  participation  within  group.
●  Identify  requirement,  review  and  approve  HT  Interface  Control  drawings.
●  Develop  and  plan  for  technical  advancement  and  broaden  technical  capabilities  within  group.
●  Team  oriented.
●  Good  communication  skills,  both  written  and  verbal.

Essential  Requirements  to  Perform  Job:
●  Bachelor  degree  in  applicable  engineering  discipline  or  equivalent  experience  required
●  Preferred  10  years  in  aerospace  design  with  emphasis  on  retrofit/reconfiguration..
●  Excellent  communication  and  leadership  skills  required
●  Proven  teamwork/organizational  skills.
●  Knowledge  of  HT  internal  business  processes  and  personnel  preferred.
●  Read/write/speak  foreign  language(s)  a  plus
●  In  depth  knowledge  of  aerospace  composite  panel  construction  methods/materials,  thermoplastic/injection  molding  practices,  decorative  laminates,  sheet  metal  fabrication  and  assembly  techniques.
●  Good  understanding  of  the  certification  process  (i.e.  PMA/TSO/PC).
●  Proficiency  in  Word,  Excel,  and  CAD  programs
●  Ability  to  work  in  a  team  environment
●  Lifting  requirement:  30  lb
